FlowJo cannot access a FlowJo data file created by SVP flow analysis.

Upgrades from FlowJo version 10.4.1 do not qualify for dongle trade-in credit towards a FlowJo Portal license.
To upgrade to FlowJo version 11, you must first upgrade to version 10.5 or later.
Step 1. Download and install a version of the software you wish to upgrade from the software list below.
Select a supported version of FlowJo or SVP flow analysis:
FlowJo 10.5 or later.
SVP Flow Analysis 10.5 or later.
FlowJo version 10.5 cannot be upgraded to FlowJo 11.
SVP flow analysis version 10.5 cannot be upgraded to SVP flow analysis version 11.
Step 2. Run the software installer.
If you do not have the registration code for FlowJo version 11, please contact FlowJo Customer Support.
